The DSHINF series inflatable opening shelter is installed in cases where it is especially important to maintain temperature conditions, for example, at the shipping docks of freezer warehouses. During work, the car body partially drives inside the seal. The top and side airbags are inflated, providing a high seal between the vehicle body and the building. Upon completion of the work, the cushions are deflated.

Advantages
The inflatable design of the top and side cushions provides the highest degree of insulation.
The working extension of the top cushion can be 900 or 1200 mm for the use with different types of vehicles.
The inflatable shelter can be controlled from the leveling platform control panel.
For the manufacture of pillows, wear-resistant Cordura material is used, which has sufficient elasticity and has a high tear resistance.

Prior to operation carefully inspect the dock shelter. Never use it in case any damage found.

Position the trailer in the middle of the dock shelter so that the distances between trailer’s body and shelter sides are equal on both sides. Back the trailer slowly till it presses dock bumpers.

Make sure the truck is stationary, the handbrake is put on, the wheels are choked.

Switch the blower on by pressing a push-button on the control unit. In 30 seconds the dock shelter will be inflated and will tightly wrap the truck body.

Switch the blower off after loading/unloading operations are completed. The trailer should exit the loading dock only after air bags are completely stored.

Attention! The blower should be on during whole loading/unloading cycle.

Warranty print

DoorHan warrants the inflatable dock shelter to operate properly for a period of 2 years from purchase date for retail and dealer orders.
